Welcome to our "FAQ" (Frequently Asked
Questions) section where you can find answers to most of the commonly asked
questions about our figurines and shop policies. If you have any other

Q. Where are these figurines made and by whom?
A. They are made in Shiwan, China in Master Lin Wei Dung and
Master Lin Wei Ho's workshops.
Q. I have seen some figurines that look very similar but not
as pretty as yours, why is that?
A. Unfortunately, there are many fakes figurines out there,
the postures and colorings maybe similar but they are poor imitations at best.
All of our premium figurines ($70 and Up) come in custom-made gift-boxes and
certificate of authenticity.
Q. What is the difference between your $70
and up figurines versus $55 figurines?
A. All of our $70 and up figurines are our
premium figurines, this means that they come in custom made gift box and
certificate of authenticity. The $55 figurines only comes in regular carton box
with no certificate.
Q. The figurine I like is currently sold out, what should I
do?
A. We would normally restock our figurines twice a year, so
let us know which figurines you are interested and we will notify you once we
have new inventory.
Q. I saw this figurine at another retailer but their asking
price is too high, can you get me the same figurine?
A. Yes, if the figurine is made by Master Lin Wei Ho or
Master Lin Wei Dung, we can place a special order for you. You can e-mail us a
picture of the figurine and we will try to get her for you.
Q. Nothing happened after I click the "Add to
Cart" button, what should I do next?
A. After you have clicked on the "Add to
Cart" Button for the items you would like to purchase, your browser should
automatically launched a new window that will display your shopping cart, from
there you can select "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Check Out". If you do
not see a new window, please check your browser setting (click on tool and
select option) and unchecked the "Block Pop-up Windows" option. In some cases,
you may have to close out of your browser and restart.
Q. Is my credit card transaction secure?
A. Yes, currently we are using PayPal to process all of our
credit cards transactions. PayPal allows us to accepts all types or credit cards
including Amex and Discover. By using PayPal, you can make
secure purchases without revealing your credit
card number or financial information to the seller.
Q. I do not have a PayPal account, can I use
my credit cards?
A. Absolutely, you do not have to have a
PayPal account to use its service. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" Button when
you are ready to make your payment. Look for the phrase "Don't have a PayPal
account? Click here" Click on the link and it will take you to a new page
where you can enter your billing and credit card information as well. Once
you have entered all the information, you can complete the purchase. Check your
e-mail to get a copy of your receipt. You will receive an e-mail from Fed-Ex
with your tracking numbers when the figurines are shipped.
Q. Help! I have difficulty using PayPal, what should I do?
A. You can send us an e-mail at
cultural_exch@yahoo.com or give us a call at 214-636-4512 and we can process
your credit card manually.
Q. How do you manage shipping and handling such a delicate
figurines?
A. Over the years, we have perfected the art of packaging
these delicate figurines. Inside the custom made gift box, the figurines are
placed in a custom made mold to protect the figurines from breakage. Each
figurine is shipped separately in a single wall, 275lbs burst proof carton box
with 4 air cushions on each sides and lots of packing peanuts. In the case of
breakage, we will ship a replacement figurine for free!
Q. Which shipping carrier are you using? can I ship to a P.O.
Box?
A. Our preferred carrier is Fed-Ex and they do not deliver to
a P.O. Box address but we can use USPS by special request from our customers.
Q. I live in the Dallas Fort-Worth areas, can I pick up the
figurines to save on S&H fees?
A. Yes of course, just give us a call or send us an e-mail
and we can process your payments separately.
Q. Do you ship international?
A. Yes, we can ship international via United States Postal
Service, please send us an e-mail to get a S&H quote and we can process your
payments manually
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Our return policy is 30 days money back guaranteed. If you
are not happy with your purchase, you can send us an e-mail to notify us and
repacked it in the original packaging and we will arrange Fed-Ex to pick it up.
Once we have received the package and finish inspection, we will refund your
purchase less shipping and Handling Fees back to your credit card or offer you store credits. |
